At The Skin Holistic we have an inside out approach: combining advanced skin treatments with professional-grade skincare, while also delving into internal & external factors affecting skin health and accelerated skin ageing. Our holistic Skin Consultation will touch on lifestyle, medical history, current skincare routine, & skin concerns (e.g. breakouts, pigmentation, dullness, ageing, sensitivity, etc). We delve further into lifestyle (stress/diet/sleep/exercise etc) and other functional contributing factors (hormones/inflammation/micronutrients/vitamins/gut health etc). Going forward: A skincare plan and possible skin treatments may be recommended. If internal factors are suspected, our Functional Blood Testing can be used to gain a deeper insight into possible causes for your skin concern.
